Who are Dudley Industries?

Dudley Industries is a specialist in sheet metal engineering, we designing and manufacture washroom equipment, hygiene solutions, and pest control products. We also provide our engineering expertise to support a variety of industries by bringing their products to life in a contract manufacturing capacity.

What industries do you supply for?

We supply products to various industries, including hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, food processing, and manufacturing, among others.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are designed and manufactured in the UK at our state-of-the-art facility in Lancashire.

Can you create bespoke products?

Yes, we specialise in creating bespoke products tailored to meet your unique requirements from high end washroom dispensers to incinerators, 3D printers and everything else in between, we can support design through to full scale production. Get in touch to see how we can help.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order by contacting us directly through our website, email, or phone. Our sales team will guide you through the process.

Can I request a product brochure or catalogue?

Delivery

What are your delivery options?

We provide delivery directly to customers or via our network of national and global distributors. The method will depend on your location and the nature of the order and timescales required. We will work with you to select the best transport for your project.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver direct from our stock within 3 working days for standard products, however, made to order products may incur a lead time of up to 4 - 6 weeks plus delivery time. Our Customer Service team will be able to advise expected delivery times at the point of ordering.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. For international orders, delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination and distributor network. Our team will confirm this upon request or via order confirmation.

Is tracking available for my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Are there any delivery charges?

When necessary, a delivery charge will be applied to your order. This charge is calculated at the time of shipment based on the specific details of the shipment. Our Customer Services team will provide you with the exact delivery charges when they process your order.

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

We will work closely with you to meet your specific delivery requirements wherever possible.

Installation

Do you provide installation services?

Whilst we don’t provide installation services, we’ve put together comprehensive installation guides to ensure safe installation. However, if you have any further questions about the installation process, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Are your products easy to install?

Yes, our products are designed for ease of installation, with clear guidance provided. Check out our installation guides for more information.

What tools or equipment are required for installation?

Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, our products do come with warranty.

What is covered under your product warranty?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

How long does the warranty last?

All of our dispensers that do not include a power pack have a 10-year warranty, and items containing a power pack have a 3-year warranty. See more about our warranties here.

What should I do if I need to make a warranty claim?

Does the warranty cover custom or bespoke products?

For bespoke products, please contact our Customer Services team for detailed information about the warranty support we can offer.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We believe that you will be delighted with your order, but understand that there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes you can, however, all Stainless Steel items which have been manufactured to order and dispensers with logo's where the original artwork has been signed off by the customer, Dudley Industries are unable to accept order cancellations for these products, as they are specially manufactured to order.

How do I initiate a return?

What if the product I received is faulty or incorrect?

If there is a fault with your product you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for repair, replacement or refund. Please email sales@dudleyindustries.com to arrange a return.

Can custom or bespoke products be returned?

All Stainless Steel items which have been manufactured to order and dispensers with logo's where the original artwork has been signed off by the customer, Dudley Industries are unable to accept order cancellations for these products, as they are specially manufactured to order.

Do I need to provide original packaging for returns?

When an item is to be replaced or refunded, the goods must be in original packaging and with all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Goods must be adequately packed and the RMA number clearly displayed without marking the original packaging.

Service and Maintenance

How do I maintain stainless steel products?

Stainless steel products are selected where their inherent corrosion resistance, strength and aesthetic appeal are required. However, dependent on the service conditions, stainless steel can stain and discolour due to surface deposits and so cannot be assumed to be completely maintenance free.

In order to achieve maximum corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal, the surface of the stainless steel must be kept clean. If cleaning schedules are carried out on a regular basis, good performance and long service life will result.

Do you offer cleaning and maintenance guides?

Yes, please refer to our guide to cleaning stainless steel. We also offer cleaning and product care advice for different surfaces.

Can I purchase replacement parts or consumables for your products?

We can provide some replacement parts and consumables for soap and air freshener dispensers. Please contact customer services with your request.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Our range comprises mainly of dispensers manufactured from stainless steel which typically contains around 60% recycled content. This includes both post-consumer and post-industrial scrap, making it a highly sustainable material option. This high level of recycled content significantly reduces the environmental impact of producing new stainless-steel items. What customisation options are available for your products?

We offer bespoke branding options to personalise products to your business and your marketplace. Dudley Industries understand the importance of branding which is why we focus on working collaboratively on your project to ensure your brand is communicated in the best way and reflects your brand’s core values. This can be achieved in several ways through labelling, screen printing or laser etching.

Can I add my company logo to your products?

With your creative direction, we can apply a company logo and any other finishing touches to your product. We understand that promoting your brand is vital and we will work with you to ensure this is communicated in the best way, whether this is through labelling, screen printing or laser etching.

Do you offer custom sizes or designs for dispensers and bins?

What is the minimum order quantity for customised products?

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) are tailored to the specifics of your project. Our Customer Services team collaborates with our engineering and production teams to determine and advise you on the appropriate MOQ. With our expertise in contract manufacturing, we ensure your requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

How long does it take to produce customised items?

Bespoke products will incur a lead time of up to 4 - 6 weeks plus delivery time. In addition, we can provide you with a proof of delivery where required.
